OK I know the hall is due 10 days prior...but what about your other vendors. Do you pay them the day of? Also, do you tip at the beginning to get it over with or at the end?

Your contracts should tell you when payment it due. My photographer and videographer had set times that I had to make payments by, but I paid everything as soon as I could so I didn't have to stress about it as the day got closer.
We gave the BM envelopes labeled with all of our vendors so that he could tip them before the end of the night. One less thing we had to worry about.
