when are you sending out your invitations and when is your RSVP date???

shouldn't a april 2 wedding be sending out invitations before an April 22???
I am so clueless with this kind of stuff?? i am trying to decide when to send mine out I am guessing that my RSVP date should be 1 month before my affair

My invitations are being mailed tommorow and my RSVP date is Feb. 4th.
ETA_ Feb is a short month, so my RSVP date is 4 weeks before the wedding, and I choose to mail my invites about a week before they should be, or so, I need to know head counts as early as possible.

My RSVP is March 30. I am mailing them out mid Feb, I dont have an exact date yet. I am sending them out a week or two earlier than others because the responses and the return address are Orlando and thats where everything is going to. If we mess up an address and it gets returned, thats where its headed.

My RSVP date will be 5/1... this is about 6 weeks out from my wedding, need to know head count too because we have some people we would like to invite if others can't make it.
I plan on sending the invites last week in March so they arrive close to 4/1 as possible giving 1 month to RSVP (haha... FH tells me if people receive invite on 4/1 they will think its an April Fools joke)
