I know I have a LONG time for this... I just am curious what the typical time frame is for the STDs.

I sent mine out approximately 7 months prior to the wedding. I think its usually anytime after the year mark. Maybe a little earlier if it is a holiday weekend.

I sent mine out at the 10 month mark! I have A LOT of out of state guests attending and wanted to give them time to plan.
It depends on your situation, but I agree that anytime after the 1 year mark is fine.

i sent mine one year out because it's a holiday weekend. Usually, I would say about 8-9 months

We sent ours out I believe it was around the 10 month mark as well. We wanted to give people a ton of time since a lot of from OOT.

My wedding is October 12th of this year, so its very close to the same time of year as yours. I sent mine out in February as i had a fair amount of out of town guests and its a holiday weekend ( Columbus Day)

Yup I second all the above advice. I sent mine at the beginning of June because I'm on July 4th of next year, with Holidays or many out of town guests a 10/12 months is good. If not 7/8 months is fine.

Agree with everyone else 8-10 month mark. We are getting married in May and ours will be sent in August. We also have a fair amount of OOT guests.

Since I'm the day after you I think the best bet is to send them right before Thanksgiving. I want to get them out before Thanksgiving since the holiday card madness will start right after then. I didn't want my STD to get lost within it and 11 months is perfect timing for a holiday weekend!

I will be sending mine out at the 9 month mark as well. If it is a holiday weekend or you have a lot of OOT guests, 10-12 months is fine, otherwise 7-9 months should work.

We are date twins!!!! I was considering sending mine out in January, giving it ten months and AFTER the holiday madness. I feel like during the holidays people forget what's non holiday related with everything being so busy.. We don't have a lot of OOT guests so we can afford to send it ten months before (even though its a holiday weekend)
