when do you sleep?

are you an early bird or a night owl ? or both i know most of us get up to go to work but on the weekends or days you don't work? is FH the same or opposite ?

i am asking because its 2:12 and FH is still sleeping
!!!! he will sleep until 5 if i let him. me on the other hand i cant continuously sleep, the latest i sleep is like 11 but i always fall asleep before him.

I used to be like ur FH, omg I really remember how good it was sleeping 'til late! now? not anymore, I mean I do sleep 'til 9ish on the weekend but can't really go beyond that anymore. I used to go to bed easily at 1, 2pm even later but now it 11 and I'll be falling sleep on the couch, just like an old lady. lolol, too funny

I used to be a night owl, but that has a lot to do with the fact that I worked as a bartender. Now I love that I am a little old lady.

I'm up by 9:30 the latest on the weekends, and a night out ends by 1am the absolute latest.

FH could sleep until 1pm if I let him, but I usually get him up by 11 the latest. I hate wasting the day.

I used to be able to sleep late, now I can't. On weekends, I naturally wake up earlier than when I have to get up for work!

i work at 6AM in the city, so I have to wake up at 4:30AM when i work...

when i dont have work - i still wake up early usually at about 7

My FH wakes up around 10.. it's very annoying when i wanna do things and he's sleeping :)

Well Lets see before we had children when we were younger we used to go to bed really late like I would fall asleep by 2 and he would still be up at like 3:30 playing video games. we would both sleep usually until about 12:00 or 12:30. Those were the days haha.


Since having children. I am exhausted and want to be asleep by 11:30. Me being awake past 12:00 is a miracle. When we do go out with friends or just with each other we still plan on being home by 1:00 or 1:30 because I know I need to wake up with the kids in the morn. I am usually up at 6:15 for work during the week and on the weekends My son usually wakes me up by 7:30 or 8:00. If for some miracle he sleeps in he usually wakes me up by 9:15 and I am thrilled I got to sleep that late haha. My hubby on the hand will sometimes sleep until 10:30 or 11:00 if there is nothing planned. Lucky him. I never ever get that.
