My class is 5 weeks long, and we started at 30 weeks. I think I was supposed to go sooner though, because my doctors office kept asking me if I had signed up yet!

I took lamaze at around 35-36 weeks...I was due dec 29th and took the class the first weekend in december....it was a 2 day class on saturday and sunday morning (from 9-1 each day)...

I took mine when I was in the 34th week. The class was 4 weeks long for 2 hours.
