I alway take it off to sleep so it doesnt poke me in the head at night.......

Just when I sleep and shower, and if I'm doing something really disgusting cooking or cleaning-wise (like if I'm making meatballs or breading chicken cutlets).
I used to sleep with it on, but then I had to get my prongs tightened. My jeweler told me that it's probably because I sleep with my hand under my pillow...

When showering, sometimes cooking, and anything that involves gooey liquid (lotion, painting, washing dishes..etc)
