i have spoken to the office and spoke to them on Tuesday and again, for the second time they said that they would get back to me. DO you think I should call for the 4th time? Or is that to much and just forget abou tthis job?

Give them a few more days, you will still seem interested and not pushy. Maybe they might call you before then.

Do not call again. They will call if they are interested. Even if they are in the decision making process and liked you a lot but it is taking long for whatever reason (budgeting etc) - they would follow up with you so they don't lose you. Sorry if thats not the answer you wanted to hear but I wanted to be 100% honest with you
