When does the hall call you to start finalizing your menu and and the other stuff that you have to do?

depends you hall, but usually 4-6 wks

My hall wants to do a meeting and a tasting between 5-6 months out.......

i called them to set up the tasting and my BM said we should do the menu too while we're there since we live out of state. i would call urs to set up an appt for june.

We had the tasting 6 months before, and we'll set the menu 2 months before.

We went in during March to pick out our menus and finalize everything. Bill wanted me to go in in February, but I wasn't going to be in NY that month. You should give him a call to setup an appointment.

about 8 weeks or so, but each place is a little different. You should contact your place and ask them, this way you know around what time to expect the call.
