ours was due 10 days in advance (though the seating cards were due 2 days in advance)

We brought ours in 5 days before. The same day we did our drop off and paid the final balance.

seating chart is due a week in advance, but i can modify up to morning of.

we had our reception at the VYC and we handed in our seating chart a week before the wedding. i ended up faxing it over to my BM and he made corrections (moved around tables and numbers) and then emailed it back to me for approval.

They want a final count and payment one week before. The seating arrangements 3 days before.
