If you have already ordered your dress -- how long did the store tell you it would take to arrive?
My store will not have my dress until November!

it depends on the manufacturer...i ordered my dress the end of jan, they told me 6-7 months and it came in the other day..

I ordered mine in august...still havent heard yet...im not expecting to for a few more months...i think i have heard some can take 9-12 months..

I think it depends cause i have heard of most dresses coming in after 6 months...I would guess between 6-8 as an average? depedns where you order from

i ordered mine in october and it came in february, i actually get to go try it on this weekend.

FYI...some salons place the order so the dress comes in 8 weeks beofre the wedding (regardless of when you ordered it) Make sure you get a confirmation # and date from them. They do this so there is less of a chance something will happen to it (ripped, stained). A lot of stores also don't want to keep the all of the dresses in their store and be responsible for them for long periods of time

I'm going next month to order my dress and they said it will take 8 months to come in, so that means I have to wait till November. Wish it will come in sooner.

I also have met girls at bridal salons that have only a few months until their wedding. I think it is possible for the wedding dress to be rushed.

Mine will take 6mths, but they are placing the order in july so I should receive it by January to do the fittings and the little changes that I am adding to the dress.

My dress arrived about 2 months before the wedding .... this way it wasn't stored in the shop for months

i ordered mine in Jan - it shoud be in by July for my December wedding....i cant wait for it to come in it feels like forever!
