in manhattan i went to kleinfelds and priscilla of boston. they are both by appt only. i spent about 1.5 hours in each......... if u plan ur appointments accordingly you can hit a few stores at least.
Well it depends, mainly on the staff. If you get someone who is helpful the time moves more quickly. I'd say anywhere from and hour to two hours tops. It takes a while to get in and out of those dresses, than you retry on the dresses that you like. Definitely go during the week, weekends are a nightmare at most bridal shops.
Most appointments are for about 1 hour or 1.5hours.
I went on some appts during my lunch breaks so mine took an hour on average maybe longer. depends if you try on a ton of dresses and even longer if you fall in love with a dress and can't take it off!
