when you're there and you like what you see in the mirror or if you hate it.
Like, sometimes when I'm on the treadmill, I'll notice my thighs jiggling and it just totally disgusts me, but some days it makes me run harder/faster.
What about everyone else?

Re: When exercising does it motivate you more...
I try not to look in the mirror. I move faster and harder if I felt fat or bloated before I started.

Re: When exercising does it motivate you more...
I do exercises at home, and there's no mirror where I do them. It's really how I just feel. When I do crunches, I actually feel better about my stomach because when I lay down, it feels so flat and I love that.
On a sidenote, I just started doing the 8 min. workout DVD because I don't have the time for exercise sometimes, and I only did the abs yesterday, and it was the longest 8 mins. of my life! Hopefully it helps a lot though for giving me some tone or flattening it more.

I guess I'm the opposite. I'm more motivated when I see results then if I feel/look fat. If I see my arms or legs getting toned I want to work harder to keep them that way. For me it's discouraging when I'm working out and I don't see any changes.
