When he popped the question...

I had to vote GREAT because I was a little confused (probably due to too many drinks!) hehe..

He gave me the whole speech, it was EXTREMELY romantic and I wish so badly that I remembered more of it..and then he had given me a ring that I saw about a month before and fell in love with, but it wasn't an e-ring style..but he never officially asked the 'Will you marry me' question lolz..he just said he'd be so happy if he could spend his life with me and if I'd marry him..

So long story short..I was a little confused and had to ask him to clear it up lolz..but I waited about two days to do so lolz..

He knew I had wanted to design my own ering since he met me, and he didn't want to just ask me without a ring..hence the reason he sent me to the jewelry store with my mother earlier in the month and she was trying to get me to try on erings and I was just oblivious and picked out another ring in the store that I just loved lolz so thats the one he used....

So in retrospect...I see how everything happened the way it did...and it was perfect..but at the time..it was just great. He took me on a cruise and it was the first vacation I had been on since I was 4...he also got my whole family to come because he knows I'm such a mommy girl!! I was on Cloud 9 :)

on the beach by our house. we were walking the puppy. we sat on the benches. i thought he was going to do it b/c he was all nervous and funny acting. but then told myself not to get my hopes up just incase.
but he did it. and i cried and people were walking by lol.

yea so do i... i dont think i've met one person that never wanted to talk about it... wait i lied.. one of my gfs she was ask while they were having sex and he was about to...... lol.. needless to say.. they are no longer together... lol

it was so perfect, it was like the whole empire state building stopped and was looking at me i felt like a royal princess and everyone was clapping

o it was just wonderful i wish i could of had pictures of it acutally happening or video recorded..but then again i wouldn't have been surprized

It was perfect and totally unexpected. I was in the shower when he got home from work. When I came out the shower, I could hear him walking around and stuff. I came out the bathroom and saw a pretty bouquet of roses on the nightstand and he was laying in the bed. I said oh those are so pretty and went over to smell them, then turned to take something into the kitchen. Before I could get a few steps, he said you didn't read the card. (he NEVER writes in the card). So I went back and read the card.. it said 'Will you marry me?' I looked at him and said 'You play too much' and started laughing. I started to walk away again and he said 'you didn't see the string?' So I walk over again and say 'What string?' I start to look for a string, which I found.. so I pull the string...and it was attached to a box. I opened the box and was stunned.. then nervous...then excited...then started crying.. Then fell on the floor. He came over and picked me up..sat me on the bed..got down on one knee and placed the ring on my finger and asked me to be his wife. Nothing extravagant but romantic just the same.

Oh yeah and he cooked dinner... baby lamb chops and shrimp. I LOVE him to BITS!
