How do I put it on the invitation? They are the only children invited.

mr and mrs blank and family.. Or if you want to have their own MISS. blank

You list them under their parent's names. So it would be:
Mr. and Mrs. John Doe
Miss Jane Doe
Master Joseph Doe

I did the same. Mr. and Mrs. John Smith and Family
so it all is on one line

Yes, young boys are Master. You don't become a Mister (Mr.) until you're older. It's kind of like Miss and Ms. for girls.

For all kids I put them on the inner envelope only by first names under Mr. and Mrs. Last Name.
If you chose to put them on the outer envelope then it is
Mr. and Mrs. William Smith
Miss Jane Smith
Master Joseph Smith
