I want my photog to arrive at my house when I am about done with my makeup to get some shots of her applying it. So I am going to guess about 2 hrs before the ceremony.
There will also be a photog arriving at FIL's to take pics of FH getting ready as well

do you know how long you have a photographer for? i know we have ours for 10 hours i believe so i just counted 10 hours back from the end of my reception. you don't want to have them come too early and then leave before the end of the reception and miss somethings.

We are taking pictures at 2 PM at Old Westbury Gardens. Im thinking the photog is going to come to my gmas house at about 11. She should be there just in time for me to get into my gown...

I have an 11 AM ceremony, and the photog is getting there at 9:30

we get 12 hours in our contract
we're having photographers from 12pm to 12am (our reception doesn't end until 1am). ceremony is at 5pm.
