When looking at an RH...

...what are somne of the better questions to ask? My FH and I are starting out search this weekend and I am trying to compile a list of standard, and even not so standard questions to ask. The places that we are going to have already given me some information over the phone, so I have a round about idea of the price range. But I want to make sure that I getting the most for my money and I don't know how good of a negotiator I am. If anyone can help with any advice/suggestios/questions, I would appreciate it!!!

ask

1)if they are set in stone for that price if you change food options

2) what is the time frame, earliest and latest you can leave w out paying extra money

3) can they include top shelp liquor in the package (if they dont already)

4) do they provide candles on the table already

5) do they give place cards, and direction cards

6) get a full floorplan set up for the room you love and see how many will be comfortable in that room.

7) can you do a tasting before the booking or is it just after to pick the menu
HTH!

thats one of the best lists that I have seen so far!

I know that taking pics is the best way to remeber each place too, and try not to go to more than 2 a day because they all blend togethe after a while and you will get a headache trying to think

Re: When looking at an RH...

I bought a wedding binder that had questions in it, I also added some from another book I have. Wedding planning books really helped me out.
