When might they increase the price of STAMPS again?
I want to buy the new Disney stamps now, but I heard that they're considering another stamp increase!!!

I haven't heard of any stamp increase as of yet, but it just got increased not so long ago so I figure at the VERY LEAST 1 more year.... XOXOXOXO Kitty

I just saw on the news the other night that they might request ANOTHER stamp increase, even though they JUST raised them. I don't know what the outcome was.

I read early 2007. But I was thinking the same thing. I want to buy those Disney stamps too!

Shoot...I want to buy the Disney stamps but dont think I'd use them until Sept/Oct/November.

I just googled it and it turns out that if there is a stamp increase it would not happen until May 2007.
They are also thinking of creating a forever stamp to hedge against future increases.

Yes, they are supposed to rise next year again.
The Forever Stamp will be good until you run out of them, even if there is a rate increase. Then you'll have to buy Forever Stamps at the new rate and so on and so on.

I just went to the post office and bought over $100 of Disney Stamps! I have to put two Disney stamps on each envelope, plus the RSVP.
I would have liked to put all Cinderella stamps on all of them, but I think a few of them will have to be the other three scenes. They're all 'Romance', so I don't mind as much. I'm just going to make sure that I keep the three stamps in one person's envelope the same. (i.e., all Mickey/Minnie for one invite, all Lady and the Tramp for another invite, call Beauty and the Beast for another one, and all Cinderella/Prince Charming for another).
We're not your typical 'Disney' people, but we're going there on our honeymoon, so I thought it would be nice.
