Find out the sex of your baby

I think this will be fun. I definitely need to know. FH can't even buy me a present without me trying to figure it out

I am defintely finding out....It's funny, I just talked about this with a friend yesterday. I'm way too organized and anal retentive to have a BIG surprise like that. I need a room painted, decorated, clothes bought and the appropriate accessories.

I'm not sure. I really don't like to be surprised, but we'll see when we get there. A friend of mine didn't want to know and her husband wanted to know so the doctor told the husband and she never asked him to tell her. If FH knew what we would be havingand I didn't I would have bugged him until he had no choice but to tell me.

lol it would be amazing if someone else knew the sex of the baby and decorated the nursery for me and i just couldn't see it till the babies born.. this way i could be ready and still be surprised!

I think you get way way more stuff, when you know ahead of time for your shower.
My sister knew it was a girl, and she did not put any clothes on the registry, She got soooo much clothes, and lots of stuff for when the baby is 1 and 2 years old.

Her friend didnt find out, and she did not nearly as much, cause there is only so much green and yellow.

Plus it was so hectic when she went into labor, and it was just nice that when she got back from the hospital, all the pink bedding was set up, the crib etc.

Thats so funny that everyone is having these conversations lately. The reason for the post is because I was talking to my friend about this so I figured I would ask everyone.

After hearing that FHs cousins are going to be surprised, we discussed it and we BOTH want to know.

It came up in convo w/ FMIL and she was like 'really?? you want to know??? why?? its such a great surprise in life?? youre sure????' like trying to convince me not to.

I was like LISTEN LADY! when you carry my child for 9 months then you can decide if we find out or not!!! (well..in my head)

What the he!! does she care- why the heck is she trying to convince me otherwise? SO annying, i tell ya. It's the parents choice. I wont tell her if she doen't want to know

Sorry- mini vent- it happend recently and REALLY pis*ed me off! HAHA

I think I'd want to know for the first one...it'll make it easier to buy stuff. After that, I think I'd like to be surprised.

I would WANT to wait...but I think the suspense would kill me, especially going to the sonograms, knowing the Doctor knows, but you don't......I'd be dying to ask!!!!

I understand people's reasons for wanting to find out, but I'd rather not. There aren't too many good surprises in life, so why not take advantage!

I can't say that I ruin surprises because I like surprises, but I definitely want to find out the sex of the baby. Maybe I won't tell my family what we're having
