Sept 3rd wedding and theyre telling me my first fitting wont be until August?

Hmmm... my place told me 6-8 weeks before, so August seems like it's pushing it. But they would know best I guess.

i think it depends on the store...but i would go try on the dress before your fittings and maybe they can decide when your 1st fitting should be

I did and Im swimming in it. They made me order a 12 even though the 10 fit because they said that it was slightly tight around my chest around. Now Ive lost 10 pounds since then and it was really big. Seems like its too close to the wedding. I'll have to call them and say July is when they need to do the first one.

You don't need one that far in advance. I had my first one which was a total waste and have to go for 2 more. Also, I need very little done. I guess if you needed alot it would be different then.

They told me July for mine- my dress wont even be in until July!!
