When should hair get done - Long Island Weddings

If you tell your stylist your timeline, she should know the right time to start your hair.

Re: When should hair get done

Here was my time line:
9:30-11am = Hair
11am-12= Make-Up
12-12:30pm= Ate a quick bite (I wanted it btw hair and make-up but hair took longer than expected)
12:30-1:30pm= Got dressed and took photos
1:45pm= Got in limo to go to the church 10 mins away
2pm= Church

I made a schedule for hair and make-up and we stuck to it. I had 4 other girls get make-up which took 30 mins each and 8 girls get hair done which took approximately 45mins each. The artists each gave me a time frame and I tentative schedule which I tweaked. I had 1 MUA and 2 hairdressers.

Re: When should hair get done

Hair first. Makeup after. Are you taking pictures before the ceremony? Are your bridesmaids also having their hair done? I'd suggest starting your hair at 1 or 1:30.
