register and send save the dates? My wedding is almost a year away and I don't rush or wait too long to do these things...

def register soon, cuz people will be looking for what they wanna get you for ur shower.
STD's are usually around a year before. We sent out ours two weeks ago and our wedding is in 10.5 months...

You can register at any time. Send out your save the dates about 6 months before the wedding.

I'm going to wait to register since I'm not having an e-party and no one will be looking for it yet/ I'll probably register maybe 6 mts before. I will send stds (if I'm doing them) probably around 8-10 mts before.

My wedding is 7/17 and we registerd already...just cuz we were bored. You can do it within the next few months.
Usually STD's go out 9 mo's to a year before hand...so you might want to get those out soon!

register whenever u want. i did right away and got some stuff. std's i'd say a year or a little less than a year before hand.

Register as soon as you want, people will find your registery even if you don't tell epople about, save the dates can go out anytime after your year mark!
