Hi girls. I am getting married on May 23. I was wondering how soon before the wedding I should have my bridal shower.
My MOH and I are trying to pick a date, but we don't know what is the normal time frame!
When did everyone have their showers?

It is usually 2 months or so before your wedding.

We're having a wedding shower.. not a bridal shower.. We're big on having everyone together... but in any case, we're doing ours in mid may. So it's about 2 months before the wedding.

I would say 2 to 1 1/2 months before the wedding. I think late March or early April would be a good time.

I would say anywhere from 1-3 months before your wedding. Mine was 3 months before, and I think the majority of showers are normally 2 months before, but I've seen a few as close as 1 month. It's really just whatever works best for you and your BP!

i think 2 months prior is standard,...i'll probably do mine 3 months before because i dont want to do it during the holidays

Most bridal showers are usually 2-3 months before the wedding.

I would say 1-3 months prior to the wedding is a good time frame. But...I don't my MOH if you want to suprise me, do it 4 months before the wedding and I will not be prepared. Otherwise, from 3 months before the wedding, every place we go on a weekend, I will assume is for my shower, lol. That's just how I am. It's impossible to surprise me!
