When should I register??

I see a lot of girls have already.. do you think I should soon...already had e-party so it wouldnt have to be for that and I think my shower is going to be the end of march...from being nosy...lol

I would start soon because it doesn't all happen in one day. FH and I found it very overwhelming. I'd take a few hours and go from there.

I would do a little at a time. It is so much work and I am constantly changing things on-line every day. If you cram it into 1-day, it won't be fun IMO

thanks for the post, i was wondering the same thing...i think we are going to start soon but i don't really feel a pressure to - plus if you do it too early some of the stuff you register for may go on clearance or whatever...

We are going tomorrow to start. I want to have it all done before Thanksgiving. I don't want to be registering with all the holiday shoppers running around.

I'm an April bride and haven't registered yet. I'm going toowithin the next couple of weeks def before the holidays.

My wedding is the same day as you and I registered back in August.

I am getting married April 29th and haven't registered yet.. but I plan on starting within the next couple of weeks

We registered soon as we got engaged pretty much. Can edit it and change it as you go along. If you are getting married in the next 6 months or so, I would do it soon!

Yes, start now! Its never to early. Besides you wont be able to register for everything in one day. Took me and FH three trips to BBB

Registry now! It's so much fun. We did our registry in May b/c we had our engagement party in June.

I registered online at Fortunoffs, then we went to Target together. It's cool cause you can edit it all the time. I already received 2 gifts in 1 month or so. It's great for close family members to be able to send you stuff in case they couldn't make your engagement party. Or in my case I didn't or haven't had one.

another may bride here....i feel the same way....thinking either the stuff i want is gonna discontinue....or tehre'll be more and newer stuff after xmas.....i def. DO NOT want to go around the holiday time!

The earlier the better. Registering can take some time and you never know when people are going to want to buy your shower gifts. Also, the earlier you register, the more chances your guests have for sales.

good questions............i thought we had some time before that, but if its as overwhelming and you all say...............maybe we should start??? or wait until jan/feb after the holidays???
