Our wedding date is July 30, our RSVP date is June 25. We have a good amount of OOT guests (they all received STDs months ago letting them know the wedding date and info). When should I send out the invites?

My RSVP date was a month before my wedding so I had mailed my invitations out 6 weeks before the RSVP date.

My wedding is a week before yours and we are sending ours out on May 14th. That gives them 4 weeks to respond by June 11th, which is 6 weeks before the wedding. We are doing a weekend thing and wanted to have enough time to see who was coming in order to organize.

So it wouldn't be too early if I sent them out sometime during the first 2 weeks of May then, right?

Typically it is 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding but I have seen it even earlier then 10 weeks. It is all up to you.

Considering I sent mine out during the first two weeks of March for a late May wedding, I'd say no.

Hi, My RSVP date is June 20. I'll send my invites out the third week of May. My OOT guests are from Jersey, so it's not like the invitations will take more than a week to get there. But then again, I'm having a small wedding (130 people, tops). If you have more guests, send them ahead of time, so you can keep track of all of your responses. Hope this helps

I think that would be a good time to send them out (by May 15).

I think they should be out by May 11th. Most people will have the invites by that weekend and that gives them about 6 weeks to RSVP.
