when should my due date be for rsvp?

when should my due date be for rsvp?

I plan on sending the invites out 2nd week of march. Wedding is May 28th. What date should i put on my invites as the rsvp date?

Taking in consideration i may have B people?

I did 4 weeks before, but I dont have B-List ppl and I sent them out this past week.
maybe do 5 weeks?

we had a little over 5 weeks between the rsvp date and the wedding b/c we were told by recent friends getting married that you have to hunt down non-rsvp'ers and work on the seating, and that more time is better. We have March 25 for a May 1 wedding.

Our wedding is on May 15th and we have a RSVP date of May 1st

We have ours just about 5 weeks out from the wedding just because we probably have a b-list. We're sending ours out the first week in March and the RSVP date will be April 5th.

I sent out our invites on April 1st for our July 18th wedding and made the RSVP date June 6 (about 5 1/2 weeks before)... I was still trying to track down RSVPs after July 4th, a month later.

If you're going to have a B-list, having a little extra time might be a good idea. I imagine you sent out STDs which is why you're sending your invites a little later?

i did my RSVP date 3 and a half weeks before cause i too have a b list...

We did our a mmonth before our date so that we would have time to track down the people who don't RSVP and to get the tables done

Mine is 5 weeks before.. Im afraid people wont respond in time so I want enough time to get answers from them,... plus my florist wants to know how many centerpieces I believe 3-4 weeks before the wedding
