I am pretty sure we are looking at a mid-November close, when do we lock in?

When you know your gonna close and the rate is low - LOCK

Thanks! How long can you lock in for. All we need is for our buyer to get his SONYMA approval and we are aready. He is already approved by the bank

I would ask your Mortgage co how long you can lock for. I think it's around 60-90 days...
Also, SONYMA works kinda slow.
