I was wondering the same thing so good question!!

I saw them in Dollar Tree yesterday- same ones I saw in oriental trading and wrap with us! I should have bought them!

I purchased mine a year before my wedding lol..the only thing is that the liquid evaporates a bit if you order it too early. I brought mine on ebay.

I just bought mine from Michael's . They are $7 for 36...and they don't stain clothing. They are actually sticks...cute and don't take up space.
