we picked them out a couple months ago (3 months before wedding) ... but the measurements don't have to be in till a month before the wedding, the latest. (at our place anyway)

2 months b4 the wedding is fine... what he can do a few wks b4 he orders is shop around and find out where he wants to order from

i think they say 2 months is a good cushion, and you go a couple days before for a final fitting...
