You can start anytime really.

You can really start anytime you are ready. If you book now, you will be paying 2003s price not 2004s price. I booked my limos in July 2002 for my Sept 2004 wedding.

I would suggest booking them now and get the rates for this year.

We had all our vendors booked by our 6 month mark...I didn't want to deal with anything closer to the wedding. I would book sooner than later to scratch it off your list.
