Hi Groovy!
I don't think it's ever to early to start looking! Get an idea of what your dream gown is and then take advantage of how much time you actually have to look! If you wanted to try on gowns every weekend, I honestly don't think that it would hurt!
Remember, the internet is the best thing that has ever happened to a bride to be.

DEF never to early... this was the first thing I set out to do b/c I refused to shop for my gown while being stressed out about all the other aspects of planning.. I got my dress 2 weeks after I got engaged!! def start out.. It's soo much fun!!

Never too soon....however.....since you have plenty of time don't runsh into anything you don't have your heart set on. Go to as many stores as you can and try on tons of dresses then make the decision.
