I am getting married on Saturday. When should I start to call vendors such as Limo and video to go over times and confirm addresses etc.? Should I wait until Thursday/Friday or can I do ti tommorrow?

Definitely do it earlier in the week because toward the end of the week vendors start getting busy doing other weddings and gigs.

This week, some vendors might tell you that they will call you next week for specific times and whatnot. But it doesn't hurt to call first.

I would do it as soon as you can because that way you don't have to stress about getting in contact with everyone so close to the wedding.
The earlier you confirm, the less you have to do as the wedding nears.
