My FH and I got engaged in June but didn't take any e-pics this summer b/c we wanted to book a hall first and then book our photog... Can we take them next summer (we want the pics to be at the park where we got engaged) or is it too late then?? TIA!

I don't see why not. engaged 2006. Ephoto 2007 and getting married 2008. If thats what you want to do.

If you were getting married in 2007 then I would say the summer would be a little late, but since you're not getting married until June 2008 I think you're fine!!

we just took ours in july - we're getting married in oct. we got enagaged last august, didn't book the photographer til the winter. then we were waiting for spring for nice weather but FH and i work opposite schedules so it just took a while to get a date together with the photgrapher. but IMO, it doesn't matter when you take them as long as it's before the wedding. it's technically a photo shoot to see how you guys photograph together, get comfortable etc

you can take up up to 2 months before your wedding, altho make sure you do it during nice weather. not too hot or too cold.
you got so much time i would suggest doing it next spring when the cherry blossoms and other flowers are in bloom. :D i LOVE cherry blossoms.
