Ok, Im trying to cut back on sweets, lower calories, less fat..in other words..diet on my own and so far, so good. My question is when is the right time to weigh?? I usually weigh myself in the AM before I eat or drink anything, that should be your real weight right?? Please tell me what you do...TIA

As far as I know that is the best time to get the most accurate weight.

This is going to sound gross (I think), but you should weigh yourself in the morning after you've gone to the bathroom.

Exactly what I thougt..Thank you ladies. Went to dr. 2nite and got weighed at a 7:30 appointment and I was the same weight after I ate dinner and I weighed the same as I did before I ate anything yesterday morning. Im going to stick with weighing myself once a week in the AM before I eat or drink anything.

That is soooo funny! Everytime DH takes the scale out I automatically strip down to my bra and panties before I get on it He thinks I'm nuts!!
Meanwhile, he gets on it fully dresses WITH SNEAKERS

My DH will do the same thing!! LOL..He wont weigh in the AM, he will wiegh anytime of the day its funny..LOL..Men
