When to book dj and limo

How early do you think I should book a dj and limo for a May wedding?

my wedding is 5/27/05 and I am booking my photographer and dj as soon as possible. At one of the bridal showcases that I went to I told a limo company when my wedding was and they told me to call them in like 9 months, maybe that was just that limo company though.....

DJ and Photo pretty soon. I went with my sister to see a DJ today for her 4/24/05 wedding and he had only one of his 5 djs left for that date AND was booked for 2006 already Not that I am trying to freak you out because you have plenty of time, but I would get cooking on DJ and Photo. Limos can wait until like 4-6 months before hand, imo.

My wedding is in November of 2005 and we are going to try to book the DJ this month... we know who we are using but we have to actually do it :)

As for the limos, we tried to book them but the guy wouldn't take the reservation yet :) He said he would make sure he keeps the date but that it is way too early and we should wait until about 6 months before to officially book... we've used them before for other things so we trust him! :)
