Re: when to book flowers?
With florist like Burtons that charge the same price for flowers you dont need to know what kind of flowers but for most other florist you should have an idea of what kind of flowers you are considering so you can get the price quotes. Also, the number of people in your bridal party, corsages for moms and grandma's and extra bouts. for dad and grandpa

and while we're on the subject, what are those dangling flower balls called? i see flower girls carrying them a lot as an alternative to a basket or bouquet.

Re: when to book flowers?
I have the florist and limos as the last thing on my list... I figured that photog, video, and djs/bands can only be at one place at one time so they would book up. I was under the impression that a florist isnt going to be booked up, is this correct?

You need to know what color scheme. What type of arrangements tall short candles etc. You need to have an idea fo your ceremony site. What you may need. And for guys & girls esp. flower girl wreath for head or just basket of petals if church will let you use them. Maybe just a basket of flowers fo rher. How many Moms Grandmothers Dads Granddads. Any other people you may want a flower for. Good luck! I have 2 appts today.
