When to give gifts if no rehearsal?

Hey girls!

I am having an out of town, weekend wedding and am not planning on doing a rehearsal or dinner. Is the rehearsal dinner usually when the bride & groom give out the wedding party gifts? And if so, since we are not having one, when should we give them out?
