When to look for tuxes??

How do you do the whole tux rental thing? Do you're guys go and get measured and try them on and 'book' them for a couple days before the wedding?

Also, how far in advance to you go tux looking? I was thinking of doing it this January since all of our groomsmen will be home. The wedding is not til June, but with everyone at school, I dont know when else we can do it. Is is too early tho?

I don't think they'll measure the guys that far in advance. for my cousin's wedding they wanted the guys measured within four weeks of the wedding. For the groom it was two weeks prior.

I haven't looked around for tuxes yet, but it's getting real close for me.
