So, I was just wondering how many wedding favors would i order if don't really know how many people are going to reply 'yes', assuming that the favors should be ordered before or the same time as the invites go out (i think that's what i just read on The Knot- my brain is fried)...Would i order however many i think will come and then return the rest?? Help!!! TIA

My family (it's an Italian thing....) is very into favors. We typically order for as many as are invited and then some because if someone doesn't come (or isn't invited) but still gives a nice gift, we mail them a favor. Even if this isn't your norm, you might be really struck by the generosity of someone who's not at the wedding and want to send one their way.

When are you ordering your favors by? I don't know when I should order invites by either....I keep hearing about the long waits but don't want to order too early
