When to order MOB/FG and Bridesmaid Dress

Around what time frame should I start ordering these dresses?

i would start looking in Sept/Oct
takes 12 weeks for them to come in \

If you have found the dress for your BM's and they tried them on you can ask how long it takes for them to come in.

We just ordered ours two weeks ago and they should be in around July or so....we ordered from Davids Bridal.

I have one of my FH dresses. The other one.. I'm not sure if it was ordered yet. Both mothers know their size and ordered a little bit bigger. If anything we can have it taken in a tad bit before the wedding.

The one FH who has her dress... it fits but it's a little big. We think she will just grow into it.

I think once I found the dress we just went for it.

i ordered my BM dresses today from netbride.com. They will be in no later than September 14th, and my wedding is December 12th.

We just went tonight for my BM dresses. They said for my June wedding that the latest to order is January.

I start looking around the 5 or 6 month mark. The dresses come in very quickly (no more than 3 months) and you don't want to change your mind on colors or style preferences. Plus, you want everyone as close to the size they'll be at your wedding as possible.

You can order them whenever. However, the place I ordered the BM dresses from said the deadline to order the dresses was 6 months before the wedding date.

To debzy - I saw you are getting married at East Meadow Jewish Center my friend got married there it is a nice place to have a wedding and the food was good
