i have no clue about this??? when should i register???? have any of you girls registered yet?

You can register when ever.... I am May have started registering online and will go into the store later in the year.

Just make sure wherever you register that they will have those items in 2007. You don't want to register for something and find out that it's discontinued.

yes this is true...the earlier you register then alot of stuff tends to get discontinued...

for some stranger reason my FMIL keeps asking us if we're regeistered yet....i said no....i mean really i think its kinda early cuz maybe they'll come up with newer things later in the year.....we're going to register in like the fall i think...is that too late

We had an engagement party so everyone asked if we were registered so we felt we had to...we're not getting married until Nov. 07 so you can do it whenever...we just didn't add things like sheets and linens and stuff b/c those get discontinued easily too....that'll be when it gets closer HTH and have fun!!

We registered right after we got engaged--we did it because we wanted to be registered for our e-party so that people wouldn't get us stuff that we wouldn't need or that wasnt our taste. It made it easier. But as the other girls said, you'll have to keep checking your registry to see if anything is being discontinued since you are registering so far before the wedding. It hasnt been a problem for us yet. I say the earlier the better!

we registered for a few things september, after we got engaged....we had an engagement party and people were asking so....we haven't had any problems with items being discontinued just yet

we registered in april for our march wedding. i think a year is ok, when we were there i asked and she told us people were registering for 08 already!! i felt behind but i didnt think of things getting discountiued though

I registered in Feb 06 for a April 07 wedding. Believe it or not, people have already bought us things. My mom kept insisting that I register early b/c people buy you things for your engagement. Even though I didn't want to, I'm glad I did. Not to be selfish, but it's nice to rcve things you want then have to return things that you rcve and hate.

Hi date twin ! ! FH and I aren't registered yet, but I want to start to go soon to put the basics on. We don't live together so we will need EVERYTHING for our house. I just want to go and put on kitchen utensils, laundry room items, and some other basics. Then I am going to wait till the fall to put on the major things like china, everyday plates and glassware.
