Could someone please help me? I am getting married on September 22 at an out of state location. We have to have a guest count 3 weeks in advance. When should we sennd out invitations

I'd say at the end of June/beginning of July so it gives about 3 months... more than enough time for people to make a decision, yet not soooo far away from the wedding that it will slip guests minds.
