My wedding is May 26, so when should I send out the invites? FH wants to send them now (!), my parents say beginning of April, and FILs say mid-March. We're asking for an April 16th response date b/c so we'll have time to send out invites to our B list if not everyone on the A list can come. How soon is too soon?? (We did STDs, so people knew it was over a holiday weekend). Thanks girls!

For April 16th response date, I say send them out no later then second week in March
If you want to do the A and B list, I would send them out March 1

You have to send it out at least 1 month before the rsvp date. If you send it the beginning of April and rsvp is april 16 that is giving them a short period of time...I would say send them out 2nd week of march

Second week in march. You need to give the post office time to deliver them. You don't want them getting the invite on the day there supposed to respond.

I am sending ours our by Aug 20 RSVP date will be Sept 20
