When to send out invites??? POLL

So, I am hearing mixed things about when to send out invites

WD July 28-do I sned them out mid April, end of April or beginning of May. HELP!!!

I would say mid to end of May. I think that April is too early.

I thought April was too early too!!! (But so many people have an opinion (of course it's a wedding!)

if hte response date is 6/28 - i'd mail them out in may, mid to late month

I agree with mid-late May. It gives people about a month to RSVP.

I like giving people PLENTY of time as well as myself plenty of time to call those who do not respond, that being said, i think send them out so people have them by the first week of May so they have 6-7 weeks to plan or NOT plan around your wedding

You're supposed to mail them out approx. 2 months before your wedding. So, if your wedding is July 28 send them out May 28.

I gave 5 weeks to RSVP and 5 weeks until the wedding day to finalize the guest list...so I say mid may for you. HTH!

technically late May....to be at the 8 week mark....but who am i to judge? mine went out the 20th of March (but we have an insane amt. of OOTs...and pressure from FILs to do so) and i am july 9th

I puit mid april to allow for procrastinators after the RSVP date so at least its not too last minute

totally unrelated post, but jazzyt, you look like this girl i went to high school with, you aren't her, but you look a lot like her...it's wild...for weeks now i've been trying to figure out that girl's name....it just came to me....had to share.
