this is one thing im very clueless about(i just found out what pre cana is couple weeks ago thanks to you ladies) now im getting married april 07, am i supposed to start soon or smtg??or do i have time?? sooo cluelesss![]()

When you book the date with your church, the priest should give all the information you need regarding pre-cana. We are getting married feb. 07... my parish only has two sessions, one in the spring and one in the fall, so we will be starting the classes in october '06. The priest should also have a schedule of the Diocesan pre-cana's (they wouldnt' be at your church specifically, they are usually at a center or retreat house somewhere for a weekend as opposed to a few weeknights if you do it at your church. the weekends book up fast though, so get a schedule from the priest or go on the diocese of rockville centre website.
We talked to the priest today and he gave us the info about how to start pre-cana? it is six weeks two of the weeks are at the church the other four are at a house, not too sure what that means but we will find out.
