Re: When to start registering?
I was told to do it after the 20 week sono, but I really think any time is fine. It's definitely not too early to start researching!!

I don't think now is too early if that's what you want to do! I think I started at 6 weeks...I have no patience!

Re: When to start registering?
We also went a few weeks after we had our 20 week sono. But I started asking questions and researching like Jenn said basically right away!! I actually just finished the main stuff on the registries yesterday (BBB and BRU) and now I have to wait for my shower which isn't until May 1st (I hope the baby waits that long!).

Re: When to start registering?
I just started my registry today (I'm 21 wks) It is so overwhelming I wanted to research a bit, and then go today to add the basics. I still need to go back a few times and make the final decisions

Re: When to start registering?
I am also 16 weeks. I want to take my time and fully research the important items before registering. We went to BRU for the 1st time today and to check things out.
We only looked at car seats and strollers and we found a combination that we liked: the Peg Pergo Viggio and Aria. Now, I need to do some online research and find out the LIW opinions, so I'll start a new post later.

Mary - I looked at the Aria stroller too! I was going back and forth but decided to go with the Venezia and Primo Viaggo car seat.
I still need to research though - so confusing!!

Re: When to start registering?
I was wondering the same thing. My dh and I have been to BRU two or three times. I have done some online searching. I'll probrably start registering after my 20 week sono(which is a week away!!)

Re: When to start registering?
I can't remember exactly at what week I did register, but it was pretty early on. My husband drove me nuts so I just caved and let him pick out some things! We did end up going back and adding more quite a few times. I really think it was his excuse to keep going and looking around!

We looked at both of them. We liked the Aria because it was so light and easy to open/close. The other carriages were so much heavier and quite a bit more expensive.

Re: When to start registering?
I registered pretty early, I think around 15 weeks (strating). My shower in NY was when I was 20 weeks. So I had to. Now that I got everything off that list I had to reguister again to add more items for my GA shower. It's crazy, but soooo much fun! I too did a ton of research on line and started the registry on line, then went to the store and tested everything and then went back to make my changes. I wound up with about 150 items on my registery. It's addicitng...

Re: When to start registering?
I plan to register around 20 weeks. If your family is like mine they wanted me to register like last month lol! Plus I understand that sometimes people change their minds a few times on their registry so you want to have enough time to go back and fix anything.
