When to stop inviting?

I feel like my list won't stop growing
I am having a hard time with work friends. I want to invite them all, but I can't. I obviously know the definates, but those couple of stragglers..... B List I guess?

Stop inviting when you hit your room's max. Or, if the room max is higher than the amount of people you can pay for, stop there. I would not count on 20% saying no, because you can never be sure they will say no.
