I'm feeding the band, photog, videogm and the bus drivers that are waiting all night at my wedding location to take 110 guests back to Brooklyn from LI.
Do you seat them at their own table?

call the RH and see if they can be fed in the room where you are having the cocktail hour, or in another separate room.

Mine kind of just disappeared.. there was a room in the back I think they were served their meals in.
I didnt put much thought into it, I assume my BM just took it over...

The RH usually seats them somewhere. I don't recall ever seeing vendors sit amongst guests to eat. But, good question. I'll have to remember to ask the Maitre'd. when I do my menus.

The hall had a place where the vendors usually eat. I didn't even think about that but they just took care of it.

we are sitting the photo guy and the video guy at a one of the tables with friends of the family. They don't sit much only to eat.
