I am so tired all the time and I have nausea 24 hrs a day!! Will this get better?

12-14 weeks it should get better. If not just wait till like 16 weeks and everything should be great!!! Then you really begin to enjoy being pregnant.

Thanks right now I feel like this is the only one I will ever have because I feel so crappy

As soon as I completed 13 weeks the nausea just diappeared. The tiredness stayed for a while and comes back now and then, but if you're tired, just listen to your body and sleep a lot!! I don't mind sleeping a lot because then I have lots of energy and feel great! Hang in there!

I definitely feel for you - I couldn't imagine why people would tell me they loved being pregnant! But by 14 weeks or so you will start to feel better. I am 25 weeks tomorrow and I feel so great! I occasionally have a few days where I am tired, but nothing like the beginning! Hang in there! Once you feel that baby move - you will know it was all worth it!!

I am 100% with you! I am nauseous ALL DAY & ALL NIGHT and extremely tired! The problem is that I don't sleep well at night---so the cycle begins again the next morning! AHHHHH!!!! I'm really looking forward to the 13 week!

I guess I'm lucky then because once my head hits the pillow I only wake up to pee(about 4x's a night ) and fall right back to sleep! I can't wait till the morning sickness stops !!!!

One of my friends didn't feel sick AT ALL throughout her pregnancy. Lucky girl!

Actually with my first I NEVER felt nausea, not once.. I had no cravings.. no morning sickeness.. no swollen breasts, no mood swings It was weird, I was always waiting for it to come on.. It was truley a wonderful pregnancy..
IMO.. I know this will sound crazy but I do believe that lots of woman create the nausea thing up cause you KNOW your sopposed to feel it, so you do...Not saying it is not a typical pregnancy related thing.. just think alot of it is mentall too

Well, I never actually threw up or anything, but I was definitely nauseous. From what I hear, that's a good sign that everything is going well. I'm sure everyone is different. I have 7 sisters-in-law with 16 kids between them, and all of them were nauseous with no vomiting. Some of my friends were the same way, and others were very very sick in the beginning. It's all about the hormones!But I've already forgotten about how I felt in the beginning and am enjoying this part too much to think about it!

Jodi I wish the way I felt was mental. I wished I could have controlled the blah feeling for WEEKS with my mind. Just not so.
I was telling myself that I was ok. No MS for me. Few days later. The feeling was here to stay.

I TOTALLY sympathize!! I am nauseous all the time!!! I know that eating small, frequent meals is supposed to help, but I'm finding that if I don't eat every half an hour or something, I feel sick again. I don't ever actually throw up, but I am SOOO nauseous, and I'm tired of being so sick all the time. It's especially hard because I'm only 8 weeks pregnant, so we're not telling people yet (aside from our parents), so I can't talk about how sick I feel at work, and I have to pretend that everything is normal!!!! This is so hard. Yes, my doctor also told me it's a good sign (not that it's a bad sign if you're not nauseous), so I'm thankful, and grateful, but still SICK!!!!!! I never knew it would be like this. It's certainly NOT 'morning' sickness. In fact, the morning might be the ONLY time I'm not sick!!!

I didnt feel sickness throughout my pregnancy either. Jodi I have to TOTALLY agree with you (I was going to say it, but didnt wanna start anything...again....) But I agree that alot is MIND OVER MATTER. But then again, I havent been in those other shoes, and Im not saying thats the case EVERY time. But I am very head strong, and I always try to make the best of any situation. I only felt like gagging if I was on an empty stomach. so I ate something as soon as I woke up. (that wasnt a difficult solution ! )
To those that do feel sick...hugs and tummy pats. I hope it goes away soon !
Edited to add a proverb my grandmother used to always say : (ok this is in ITalian): 'Meglio a credere che a provare' Translated to : Better to beleive it than to try it.
So, I BELEIVE you ladies that feel nauseous !
