the lady told us they contract and outside company.. and they dont use their Hilton vans
well why not.. i have no problem having the hilton vans they are actually nice LOL
we booked about 30 rooms and some will be for the whole week.. they cant throw in the 400 dollar transport? ... its over 4000 in rooms for just saturday

It depends on the hotel but my hotel did include transportation.. I think they might increase the room charge by like $10 per person to cover the shuttle costs but I am not really sure. Maybe they can do that for you? If not, maybe you should look into another hotel? HTH!

Hi Nikki! Where did you book your hotel? I booked mine at Windham...is that where yours was...they are providing a shuttle for us, but I was wondering if that's the only one around there.
Anyway, I went to the Hilton and they weren't going to include it for us either. I think it has to do with insurance reasons that they can't use their own vans...at least that's what they say!! But anyway, they should at least maybe pay for it...since you're bringing them so much business!

Huntington Hilton did not use their transportation. The Marriott Courtyard in Farmingdale does include transportation so long as you book at least 10 rooms.

We just blocked rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Melville. The shuttle wasnt included but they are only charging $375 for it for the night. No restrictions and for as long as we need it. I'm so excited we went with them. Their sales woman was wonderful to deal with, by far the most professional we have delt with
