When You Feel Overwhelmed..

consider this..

I was complaining to a co-worker who is from Korea about how overwhelmed I am feeling by all of the wedding planning and she told me that her wedding in Korea had 1,000 guests and that she planned it 'in a few months'. Her parents paid for 1,000 people and she had a wedding planner but still. My mouth just dropped.

hey if my parents were ok with paying for 1000 people, and all those 1000 covered their plate! lol i wouldnt be complaining about all the stress!

I dont even think i know that many people. You would never have a chance to walk around and speak to everyone and my hand would fall off writing all of those thank yous....

I think it would make everything easier!
You don't have to worry about not inviting this one and what happens if you bump into them at the mall while buying your shoes...
just invite EVERYONE you know.. I mean that's my big thing is taking people OFF the list.

I have and Indian friend and he told me that his wedding was like 700 people and by their standard that was SMALL!!! I almost died...but he said that it is cheaper and they dont do as much as we do here.

whoa, that sounds like an Indian wedding in India. FH's cousin got married in Feb. and there were sooooo many people there. I couldn't even imagine how much that much have cost.
